Aljor has spent the last two decades empowering people and organizations worldwide. Relentless in his pursuit to empower people to live powerfully, Aljor has been leading personal growth seminars and corporate leadership programs for two decades.
His personal transformation journey started over 20 years ago with a life-changing self-leadership program in the US, where he resided until 2001. So powerful was this experience that he decided to return to the Philippines, where he was from originally, with the bold intention to elevate the conversations in the country with this personal transformative education.
He also underwent rigorous training to become a senior program leader in the global organization, leading its flagship program, The Landmark Forum. He was integral in empowering and enabling thousands of people in Australia, New Zealand, Singapore, Thailand, Hong Kong, the Philippines, South Korea, and the USA to transform their lives using transformational technologies.

Aljor has been at the forefront of personal transformation for a couple of decades, creating spaces for people to be extraordinary. People get to step into their power and overcome the obstacles holding them back from fully living their personal and professional lives.

HONEY OLIVEROS
Program Leader
Honey is a seasoned legal professional with over two decades of experience in corporate and civil law, as well as a distinguished educator in ethics and legality. A licensed attorney in both the Philippines and New York, she ranked 14th in the 1994 Philippine Bar Examinations, and her global perspective includes training at prestigious institutions such as Cornell Law School and Université Paris I Pantheon-Sorbonne.

As a former Chief of Staff to the Chief Justice of the Philippines, Honey played a pivotal role in justice sector reforms, working closely with various judiciary committees to uphold ethical standards across the legal system. Her leadership in programs like the European Union’s Justice Sector Reform Programme highlights her deep commitment to ethical governance and legal integrity.

In her academic career, Honey is an adjunct professor at leading institutions, where she lectures on Legal Ethics, Corporate Responsibility, and Business Law. Her teachings emphasize the importance of ethical decision-making in professional environments, perfectly complementing Primordium Inc.'s mission to create high-performance cultures grounded in integrity and ethics.
